Sessions for 1 - 4 People

Up to a group of 4 (or just you), I can run a 45-60 minute session at a time and place suitable for you and your friends. If you have a goal that you are working towards, exercises can be tweaked to suit.

Boxing for Fitness - THUMP

Correct boxing training works all parts of the body PLUS all aspects of fitness such as cardiovascular, muscle endurance, muscle strength, stamina, co-ordination and power.  I am a THUMP qualified instructor and can provide a fun and challenging workout for many levels of fitness.

Circuits

A 'no-coordination required' style of workout with results.  Circuits are a series of exercises set in a given order.  It doesn't matter if you have never been to a gym before as I give instruction throughout.   

Nordic Walking

Said to be the fastest growing fitness activity in the world, Nordic Walking (walking with poles) is easy to learn, can be done anywhere and gets you out in the open air.  It's a great way to build up your fitness levels or if you are already a fitness enthusiast, it can be a fantastic and motivating workout.   As a NWUK qualified instructor, I can teach correct technique and provide a great workout. 

After your initial enquiry, our first meeting is for a quick chat.  It is an opportunity to meet me, view my qualifications and insurance.  It is also a time to ask me any questions that you and your friends may have.

If you decide you would like me to be your Fitness Trainer, you pay the fee and we arrange dates and times for your sessions. 

NOTE: All participants are required to fill in a physical activity readiness questionnaire (PAR-Q).
