Payment and Prices?  

 

There are 2 payment options

1st option - Monthly:

Plan how many sessions you would like for that month and pay for those sessions.  A 'month' is the start of the month to the end of that same month.  Unused sessions get referred to the following month.  If you buy 10 sessions or more, you will get 1 FREE session.

 

OR

 

2nd option - Blocks:

Buy in blocks of 5 or 10 sessions.  If you buy 10 sessions or more, you will get 1 FREE session.

Tailored Personal Training (1 to 1)

  * Monthly >> £40.00 x anticipated sessions for the month

  * 5 sessions >> £200.00

  * 10 sessions >> £400.00 (+ receive 1 free session)

 

 1 person for Boxing for Fitness, Circuits, Nordic Walking

  * Taster session >> £35.00

  * Monthly >> £35.00 x anticipated sessions for the month

  * 5 sessions >> £175.00

  * 10 sessions >> £350.00 (+ receive 1 free session)

 

2 - 4 people for Boxing for Fitness, Circuits, Nordic Walking

  * Taster session >> £46.00

  * Monthly >> £46.00 x anticipated sessions for the month

  * 5 sessions >> £230.00

  * 10 sessions >> £460.00 (+ receive 1 free session)

 

 

Fees for all sessions are payable in advance.  NOTE: Starting Point Assessment and re-assessments are not normally charged, please see Terms and Conditions

 

  

GIFT VOUCHERS

  • Gift Vouchers for Personal Training start from £200 which buys 5 sessions.  You can have any higher value you like in multiples of £40.  Gift Vouchers of £400 or more will receive 1 FREE session. 

  • Gift Vouchers for Boxing for Fitness, Circuits or Nordic Walking start from £35 for 1 person or £46 for a group of 2 - 4 people.  You can have any value you like in multiples of £35 or £46.  Gift Vouchers of £350 for 1 person or £460 for 2-4 people will receive 1 FREE session.
